Free Rotate Dialog

  Ctrl+R

Here we can rotate an image at any angle. At the top of the dialog we can set the center of the rotation. Dragging the circle will change the center of the rotation. If you right click on the circle it will reset the center. We can specify the direction of the rotation: left or right. At the bottom of the dialog we can set the angle of the rotation.
